Concrete Driveways & Floors - Install
My rating come from no experience with the contractor, I paid a deposit, but the service was never rendered, and there was very little communication, as far as a start date, after my deposit was paid. I would not give him any money before he starts a service.

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
I hired them to replace 3 gable vents and had signed the contract and everything. Once he got started he balked at the job and decided that if he could do it at all, he would have to double the price. I told him I'd find someone else as I had already received a couple orther estimates. He did refund my check and was very nice about it, but would have prefered that he had fully explored the situation prior to giving me an estimate. I called another company and they installed the vents with no problem and within budget. This company might be fine for smaller indoor projects.

"Vents were of an odd size, which could not be seen from the ground from the ground. Garage had no access to its attic which was not known until we arrived to do the job. Also, vents were of an odd size, and were hot properly installed originally as they did not have the proper support. If new ones were installed as the old ones were, it will likely not be long before they blow out again."

Its ok I would probably suggest him to others. He could have stayed within the budget that is the only thing I didn't like but otherwise he was ok.

Initially the job was sub-contracted to a man who was not capable of doing it in a timely manner. Once I pointed this out to the owner, however, he added 2 more workers to the job site for a day and the work was quickly completed.

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
Service was slow and mess was left behind everyday after work. My wife and I had to clean up behind the workers daily. Leftover materials were left behind for 10 days. Had to withold payment to get materials picked up. Quality of workmanship performed was great. The deck looks good.

"The start date was postponed by Customer and rain, had to play phone @ E-mail tag with customer to communicate. This was an Outdoor project held up by rain and excessive mud. All those things "Left Behind" were within the confines of the work area after rain delays. Customer was told the extra materials would be picked up when the trailer was in the area. ( 3 working days )"

They far exceeded all of our expectations! The work was completed in a professional, timely manner, and they cleaned up after themselves so that you would never know they had been there. As we did the walk through for an estimate, they pointed out potential problems and offered very reasonable solutions. Example - they noted that my shutters were loose, something that had escaped my attention. By tightening them immediately, it saved me from potential damage and from having to replace any shutters. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!
