I would hire them for lawn mowing but not cleaning up the leaves . It would have been easy for them to remove the leaves with the equipment they had, but the cost of doing that wasctoo high.

When pro did not show for 2.5 weeks and ignored emails, I was finally able to reach pro by telephone. He told me that he had too many existing clients to do my yard. Essentially he fired me as a client.

The gentleman were able to complete the job in 2 days and I am very pleased to have hired them to continue yard maintenance for my property.

Reasonable Prices

My advice is to AVOID THIS SERVICE. I am reluctant to publicly criticize other people or their businesses, but this site was set up to help my fellow human beings avoid disappointment with service providers, so I feel morally obligated to share with them my experience with this business. Given the rave reviews previously posted here, maybe my experience was anomalous. But it is what it is. I interviewed several lawn service people about caring for our yard and Jonathan seemed the most professional (just as others have said), the price was reasonable, he provided a written contract which seemed very professional , and he offers convenient online payment by credit card which for me was a plus. So I hired him. But his crews (1) had trouble showing up when promised and (2) when they did show up, had trouble doing the work that was promised. We have a large yard and, in the three visits they made, they seemed to rush through the mowing in very little time, leaving the lawn strewn with unacceptable amounts of leaves, pine cones and/or fallen limbs. We have been in this house since 1969 and have had several yard services over that time, and as best I can recall, no one else was that sloppy. Moreover, though Jonathan’s written contract specified ‘weed control for the beds,’ which I made clear to him was very important to us, in three visits nothing was ever done about a single weed as best I could tell, though one of his crew leaders on one visit specifically promised that someone else would return later to spray the weeds, which never happened. When I both voicemailed and emailed Jonathan that his crew’s work was falling short, there was no response, so my experience was the same as the other person’s who said ‘Communication was very poor.’ It was only when I emailed him that I was ready to terminate his service that he replied, and in his response he added insult to injury by saying ‘I have made some changes to my employees and have let go my guys who had been coming to take care of your property as it did not seem like they were able to do the job to your standards’ – as if I was imposing unreasonably high standards in expecting him to follow the terms of the contract he wrote! Given the complete failure to address the weed problem as promised, I simply didn’t pay for the third visit and have hired another yard service that is doing a great job. Maybe Jonathan will reply here to give his side of this story – but let’s not count on it.

The job was rain delayed which is understandable, however the communications was very poor. Otherwise the rating would be higher.

Very professional, friendly and efficient. Very precise and accurate with sod layout. Committed to his scheduled installation. Very reliable.

My project is multi step. Jonathon finished the first step the day we first met. He is back today to complete the next step. He makes sure i know what will be done and how it will be done. I plan on using his company for regular yard maintenance.

Jonathan answered my call on the 2nd ring. I was not expecting to make a decision to hire someone for the job so quickly but I was so impressed by his knowledge, enthusiasm and politeness. After seeing the quality of his work and discovering he is a man of his word, I know I made the right decision!
