JW Ultra Air Heating & Cooling, LLC

They installed the HVAC system in my mom?s new build around 3 years ago and we have been having issues with it ever since we moved in. Most recently, they had to come out twice in the course of a month. The first time they told us nothing was wrong with the system, despite it not turning on when we switched it to ?on? on the thermostat and the room temps registering incorrectly. The second time, they came to replace a fan motor and charged us upwards of $300 for it, assuring it would fix the problem. That night, the air still would not cut on or register and we had no air flow. We called them to come out a 3rd time and they did not return the phone call. We called another company who ran a full diagnostic work up on the HVAC unit and informed us that ?corners were cut? during install, basically resulting in a faulty zoning board that was wired to itself which is not up to code. They also installed my sister?s new HVAC unit and they had to replace the whole unit after 6 months.

very professional, on time and quick response to heating emergency

He had work for me, he was on time, friendly and did good work. He did not complain at all. He worked until he was finished.

They go over and above what they are required to do. They are a great company.

I've known JImmy for a while. He does excellent work. Corrects the problem no matter what it takes. Goes the extra mile. Very conscientious.

Very knowledgeable, qualified, and affordable. High customer service.

I'm usually a tough customer when it comes to quality and installation. They were the best contractor I have hired.
