Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Installation
Responsive and did an excellent job. Property manager later reported a leak but hired another HVAC contractor causing the he warranty to be voided. I was pretty upset but JW Windsor still came out and fixed my unit for a reasonable price. Furnace has been working smooth since and thankful that the job is complete

John Windsor is extremely knowledgeable about his profession and provided me with a thorough explanation of the problem, the solution, a quote for the new system, and a timeline for the work. Excellent work done on replacing an existing Central AC system. They used adequate measures to protect the interior of the house during the replacement and cleaned up all work areas. They were very professional. The only negative thing was in relation to communications. A scheduled appointment was more than an hour late and i had to call to see if they were still coming. On at least one occasion it took more than a day to get a return email. Having been a project manager for various mechanical and electrical jobs, I understand the need to keep the information flowing between the customer and provider.

This company was wonderful. I had to reschedule twice. They worked with my availability. They answered all my questions and explained in detail if needed. I will definitely use them again and am considering having a heat pump installed in addition to the oil furnace I have already. Also, they stayed until they ensured the furnace was running properly. I am extremely happy eith the service they provided!

J. W. Windsor and company are Awesome, professional and Customer Service is outstanding. John came out to see me 1 hour after I posted my request. He came on a Wednesday and Friday returned to Install our new A/C and Furnace. We are just so happy and the new Unit he installed was very reasonable and much more efficient for our home. His team is top notch and were very polite and professional.

Great repairman and it was an easy fix. Beware though, the service call just to show up was $75. The part replaced was a $16 part and my total bill was almost $180. Thats business when you dont know how to repair a home A/C though.
