Commercial Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation or Replacement

ROOFING job was completed in 6/2021. Looked like good quality. However 3 weeks ago my kitchen ceiling had a water leak. Had a plumber evaluate it to make sure there was NO water line damage Said the leak was coming from the ceiling as my kitchen water lines were 10 feet away from the water stains on the ceiling. And the top of the insulation was wet, meaning its a roof leaking. Called my roofing rep and showed him that I had a 5 year warranty for any roof leaks. Said he would contact the office to have them come out to inspect it. 3 weeks later NO one has called me or come out to the house to do any roof inspection. This company has piss poor customer follow up & warranty servicing. DONT chose them if you want issues handled after you have paid them in full. The rep keeps on telling me he has talked to the office multiple times yet NO F/U from the company. Guess I am on my own after paying $12,000+ to them.. Dont use them if you want future service.

Still awaiting final invoice and warranty paperwork. Note: did not get a metal roof. The cost was too high. Impact-resistant roof instead. completely satisfied with the final product.
