Not willing to provide receipts, and charging more than double for materials, he claims he was not here for 9 hours. another day said was here for 10 and he would have to be here since 5:00 am. so that is not possible. now I will have to pay for someone to replace the floor he damaged and fix the leak he didn't fix, he knows is there so he said there was another leak and that he would not fix it.
