Very professional, very approchable, kind hearted. I felt like he was a friend, had great trust in his ability and integrity.

Customer service was fabulous. The room is still closed off, so I don't know what the finish looks like yet. Also, I really didn't get other quotes, so I don't know the price range this type of job usually goes for. All I know, is (they say) I have no more mold, they showed up when they were supposed to, got in, got out and charged me what they quoted. I'm okay with that!

The cost was less than I thought it would be so I was able to also pay for an air quality test which showed that they did a good job. We could tell right away that the mold smell was gone but the air test proved it for us. We're very happy with the quality of their work.

Paid for mold testing after project but never heard anything about the results of the test. Otherwise, they did a good job in a timely fashion for a decent price.

They were prompt, efficient, and very nice to work with.

Called to confirm same day I placed the request and came out next day for testing and within 5 days I had the results. Very efficient and friendly service.

Andy from Jymrsa was extremely quick with the initial contact phone call. He came out the very next day. He was also quite quick to cash my check. Then things slowed down A LOT. Andy told me that he would have results for me in a week. A little over a week later, I left him a msg. He did not call back. Nearly 3 weeks after visit, he emailed the results with a very weak excuse for the delay. Then, he did not return my calls to discuss results. When I finally got a hold of him, he promised to email me some sort of report. He never did. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

Very courteous and friendly, and concerned about staying within our budget. However, we had to call them out 3 times to get all of the mold/mushrooms removed from our walls. If we would have followed their "professional" advice, we would have sealed up our walls with mold & mushrooms still inside.

They do good follow and good work. On time and couldnt believe how quick they did it.

Andy and JMRSA were great to deal with. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and clean. Other than the removed drywall we could hardly tell they had been there. The warranty they offer is the best we have seen and from the quality of their work they don�t have many warranty issues. They are a first class outfit and we would recommend them to anyone.
