showed up on-time. Patiently explained possible reasons why my door shifted (which it does a couple times a year) which annoyingly malaligns the door locks preventing locks from functioning properly. He adjusted both security screen door as well as my oversized exterior door. He went above and beyond by straightening out my peep hole; supplying & putting a clear coat to door (that had nearly worn off), and sufficiently cleaned up afterwards. HIs pricing was fair. He also addressed an unrelated matter that required my water main to be shut off. Juan took time to change out my exterior water faucet for which I'm extremely grateful! Will definitely mark as a favorite and pass along this experience especially to my Sisters out there requiring a reliable fixer.
