"Fritz, I?m sorry that you were dissatisfied with the communication and scheduling. However, this review leaves out important context. We waited approximately two months for the required permit, which still had not been issued when the project was terminated. That permitting delay prevented the project from proceeding as originally anticipated. Additionally, Transcendental Remodeling performed work whose value exceeded the amount of the deposit received. The deposit was not taken without value being provided. We acknowledge that communication during the delays could have been better, and we take that concern seriously. At the same time, we believe a review should accurately reflect the permitting circumstances and the work that was completed. We have documentation of the permit process, payments, labor, materials, and completed work, and we remain willing to review the facts directly and professionally."
