While their workmanship may be commendable, their customer service and professionalism is not. They will not respect your home or your time. They did not keep our condo complex with 32 residents clean or safe throughout the project. They end their workdays at 9 pm (for a total of almost 14 hours of banging on your roof) and leave nails in your parking lots. Their foreman, Johnny, is completely disrespectful and will ruin a relationship over a 5-minute clean-up request.

Outstanding Support and work was performed by a great crew of roofers. I will recommend this company to anyone who wants a roof replacement. From start to finish Iâ ve been informed by bill Robertson as work progressed and I received my payment from State Farm. Thank you Ja-Mar roofing.

Courteous and professional.

It was explained to me that this company has computer set rates for certain categories of jobs regardless how simple or complex. My project required about 45 minutes to complete and I was charged the maximum amount. The work done was fine but I think it was too expensive. I think they should be allowed to set the price depending on the amount of work required, not just by category.

They replaced our asphalt roof based on hail damage. They found where the leak was coming from, worked with the insurance company and completed the job as quickly as possible. Was great to work with them.
