Jack came out the next day and replaced a leaking outside faucet and an inside shut off valve that was frozen. Very friendly and professional, I will definitely use him again and recommend for anyone. Thanks Jack!

I dont generally give 5 stars, as there is always room for improvement, even myself by far. This gentleman made instant contact , gave a general good estimate and showed up really close to the time he indicated. It was very early and I had been out of water nearly 24 hours. Other services indicated a week out. He provided the work needed and even cut cost based on some service I had prepaired for his convenience . Mr Jacks work was neat , professional, orderly and left no mess. He was friendly but wasted no time with chit chat. I am planning another project for his company at this time. Highly recommended ! Jack was very prompt and on time. We had a main pipe and he gave us some options and took care of the whole job. There were issues with our old pipes and he even came back the next morning at 7 a.m.. to fix that as well. Thank you Lyons and cubs!

For three months, I had high water bills. Come to find out I had a leak on the outside of the house and on the inside of the house. Nowhere obvious. Rather than have my floors and yard all tore up I elected to get a full above ground plumbing replacement. Jack did a superb job also arranging for the required holes in the plaster board to be replaced and resurfaced. He was excellent, professional, and responsive. I would recommend him to anyone requiring any type of plumbing need especially a whole house plumbingreplacement.

Really appreciated that they could come on the same day that we contacted them. We were advised by our local water company that our usage had gone way up and they thought we might have a leak. Having someone respond so quickly and determine that there was no leak really put our minds at ease within about four hours of our original call.

All of our bathtubs and toilets would not go down in the house. Lyons and cubs plumbing came out quickly and was able to find and fix the issue the same day. They also did a camera inspection and located the problem which was a giant root from a tree in our yard had broken the pipe. They were able to show me the root with their camera and locate the exact spot to cut out and fix. They were able to dig and fix the spot that day for a reasonable price!
