They came late, left early and took off several days during the project, which took about twice as long as they said it would. The finished work was very marginal. I was very unhappy and I would never hire them again. I have had many projects done over the years and their work habits and the quality of their work was the worst.

"This Customer NEVER told us that he was not happy with the work. This Customer added additional projects to the scope of the work. The last thing we asked the customer was are you happy with the work, He said yes. We have heard nothing from the client. I cannot fix something If I do not know that there is a problem. At least give me a chance to fix the issues before you write a review like this."

Jack and Jack did a wonderful job for us. They removed a fiberglass tub and enclosure and then constructed a beautiful tiled, walk-in shower. They also had granite installed on the counter top and lots of venetian bronze fixtures. We liked them and their work, so we also got them to install about 1000 sq ft of hand-sraped wood floor for us. In order to meet up with existing tile in our house, they had to be creative, and they did a very good job of this, and got everything done in a very timely manner. They also helped with a wood mission entry door and sidelights. The wrok was comleted in a timely manner and to our satisifaction.

They provided everything they said they would. The quality of work was outstanding. The project they did was a 1200 sq ft basement finish including a bedroom, bathroom, bar, laundry area, great room with fireplace and craft room. They listened to what we wanted and what they provided exceeded our expectations.
