This is my go to company far HVAC maintenance.

Very fair price and my unit now works great.

He showed up on time. He checked my furnace and gave it an OK. He knows his stuff.

Wes from Jack Frost came right away and quickly identified the problems with our heat pump. He was good at explaining my options and helping me decide the right course of action for our old system.

HVAC unit went out when it was very cold. Everyone I spoke with at Jack Frost was extremely courteous and helpful. The technician went out of his way to get our problem resolved. I would highly recommend this company.

Their service man went the extra mile to find that our unit was still under warranty instead of selling us a new one. He replaced it per the warranty and we only had the labor cost which was still the best price.

This company responded so very promptly to our request for service when our heat wasn't working. The service tech was very polite, respectful and helpful with suggestions on care for our system.

Technician was knowledgeable and service was quick, presented pros and cons of services that could be performed, helped me understand more about my HVAC unit.

This company works with you. And more importantly their prices are less$$. They came in made the repair for $168. A competitor was at $386. for the same job. I would most definitely recommend them .

Professional, prompt, knowledgeable, great customer service

Keith was very professional and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, which was low Freon in a 12 year old system with a slow leak. My only reservation is for the high price of the Freon.

Annual maintenance contract was not honored by the company. I paid and they never serviced/inspected the HVAC unit. I had to commit to not leaving a negative review before a full refund was issued. This was years ago and it still haunts me. One of the service guys moonlighted and actually returned to my residence for additional work but it was money thrown away for a component I did not even need.

GREAT!!!we have been dealing with HVAC problems for a while, unfortunately have also been victims of unscrupulous people, so when we found Jack Frost we were skeptical, thankfully we were wrong. Amazing experience, professional, reliable, good/fair pricing, thorough....GREAT, GREAT, GREAT!!!!

Ms Doris actually told me what to try and it worked. Saved me a service call and I will definitely call them in the future. They called right away, showed empathy for a/c being out, gave me a try this, checked back when they were running late! Best customer service I have ran into in a long time!!!!

My air conditioning broke at 2:30 am. I got on their web site and sent an email saying that I needed my air repaired. They called me at 7:50 am saying that I was on the books for that afternoon. I love the fact that you can send an email any time and they respond. Repairman was friendly, courteous, and knew what he was doing. I won't use anyone else.
