We are a 3rd generation, family owned and operated company proudly serving Montgomery County and surrounding areas since 1971. Our 3 upper management team members have over 90 years of combined experience in the field. We offer services for all of your A/C and Heating needs. From maintaining your equipment, to repairing your equipment in the event you should have a problem. Other services include, Replacement of your existing inefficient equipment with RUUD high efficiency equipment featuring the 410A environmentally friendly refrigerant. Light commercial repair and replacement of equipment. New custom home design and installation, and anything in between. At Jack Gordon And Sons we take great pride in our name and the level of service we offer our customers. We Proudly Offer RUUD equipment and are RUUD Pro Partners, Which means we are held to a high industry standard. Originally contacted the company for semi-annual A/C and heater maintenance checks. Signed up for their VIP Maintenance Plan that offers discounted annual membership rates for veterans and/or seniors. Technician arrives within the scheduled window and explains all work done when job is completed. Additionally, we had the company install a Media Filter at our system's main air intake plenum to avoid quarterly replacement of filters at the ceiling air-return vents. All work has been well done and at very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

One of the fastest response times that I have ever seen. No sooner did I hit "send" then they were contacting me. I know nothing about air conditioners, but Aaron has been very generous, continuing to explain what repairs were made and the how and why, even after the job was completed. I am a little confused as to why HomeAdvisor said that they give free estimates. They charge $85 for a diagnostic, but they did waive it when I hired them to do the work. They do not use inferior products, so be prepared. They will work with you on payment, a major plus, especially at the holidays. Would definitely use them again, but I'm hoping that I won't have to

I sent a request on Home Advisor at 9:30pm Friday night. They called me at 9:33 and had a repair man sent to me Saturday at 10am. The repair man came over, fixed the issue with the AC (capacitor) in maybe 10 minutes. He checked the system to make sure everything else was fine, gave some advice for the future and we paid him. It was very professionally done and we will call them again!

They fixed my problem in less than 30 min. The technician was knowledgable and professional. I tried another company a few months ago that didn't fix my problem and still charged me a service fee. This company knew exactly what to do once they evaluated the issue. I was more than happy with this service and will use them again in the future.

didn't have the right capacitor and had to put 2 to make the system work. did not tell me this when doing the repair. i only found out days later when i looked at their work. i called them and the tech told me what he had done. the system works, but they should have told me before doing the work that he did not have the right part.

Friendly and polite. One unit was defective and they came out at no charge and installed a new unit. They also came out to check a minor question that I had right away. They show up on time or early. They do excellent work. I highly recommend them.
