We were glad we didn't have to wait a long time for our appointment, as the faucet function was growing worse with each use. He also did furnace inspection/cleaning while here, and spotted a water filter that needed changing. He was efficient and pleasant to have in our home; left us in very good order and well satisfied.

The work was top notch. The serviceman was thorough, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous.

Had a major sewer blockage. Depite their efforts to clear it with a snake, the blockage was not removed. One flush was made prior to their departure, which indicated it had been cleared. Two minutes after they left, I tried again, and the toilet backed right up. I called their office and they were sent back. This time, they actually went in through the sewer flush line. Same results as before. Upon leaving, the technician advised me his boss wanted to charge me AGAIN, for the return visit. So, $350 to get no results at all. They had no camera, and their snake was totally ineffective. The insult of them wanting to charge me twice after failing to complete the job twice had me calling Roto-Rooter, who came out, used a camera, found and cleared the root blockage with a much bigger snake in less than an hour. The cost was less and the job was done. The lead technician was a very good fellow who tried his best with inadequate equipment, and was diligent and friendly. Again, I paid $350 for a service that was completely and totally ineffective. Won't be calling them again. UPDATE: The night before Tha ksgiving, Jack Hall and his Operations Manager, Gary, showed up at my door. Mr. Hall wanted to let me know he would have preferred to have me call, rather than simply write a review. He assured me he would have worked with me regarding the work his plumbers were unable to complete. As a gesture of his sincerity, he refunded the $350 charge, and added an extra $50 for my trouble. As a result, I have modified my review, giving their customer service a solid five stars.

I thought I called a professional plumber. But come to find out the plumber who showed up at my door was not prepared. He did not have a basic wax ring for a toilet bowl. The plumber also was on the phone most of the time asking how to do stuff. The plumber charged me an extra hour for him to go to Home Depot and pick up a wax ring.
