Jack did an AWESOME job! The original job that needed repair was only a foot and a half by a foot and a half however there was another spot that was patched but not textured properly. Not only did Jack patch the hole and match the texture perfectly he also re-textured the other spot to match. GREAT JOB!!! Highly recommended!

He was professional, flexible, and did what I first imagined. He did not try to up sale, which is what the other three who gave me estimates tried to do to me. I love that he listened and just got the job done in 2 hours. Others had said it would be at least a day. And the result was fantastic! I actually gave him a few extra dollars because I was so pleased. Would hire him again in a heartbeat!

Jack called soon as my request was posted. He arranged a time at my convienance for an estimate and showed up on time. He did a thorough inspection and gave me a written estimate. I called later and booked him for the same week. He arrived on time did the exact repairs and finished ahead of his estimated time. He cleaned up after his work and since I couldn’t be there to inspect the work he left an invoice. I got home and liked what he did and how he did not leave a mess. He charged exactly what he said he would. He was nice and polite. I would use his services again.

Jack Hofstee was professional and efficient. I deducted 0.5 star because he accidentally broke one light bulb and he offered to go to Home Depot to get the exact same type. I didn't want to trouble him and asked him to install the bulb at home. The price was fair and in the middle among the quotes I got.

He wasn't truthful with me whenever he told me that he would be working with his crew every step of the way until the job was complete and went aweek beyond our agreed schedule. Plus I also have them come back a sand spots that were completely missed/overlooked... And I will just end up touching up those areas myself. I wasn't at all happy about that. I have been I the construction trade for 30 yrs. seen some great jobs and some really bad jobs during that time ,I can honestly say that Jack and his crew did an average job at best!!! And scratched the frame of my brand new MilGard bathroom window with his razor knife or trowel and never told me about it...😟 I discovered it after I paid him the rest of the money I owed him upon completion.
