Jack was very helpful. He told me what to expect on the day of the visit and the visit. He explained how to maintain my carpets, and advised me on some questions I had. He was mindful of his surroundings, and quick to do the job and get out of our space. He visited on a day that i had just returned from a long trip, and it is customer service and professionalism that allowed the cleaning to take place on the same day without me feeling pressured.

WOW! Georgia jacks organic carpet cleaning was AMAZING! He exceeded my expectations by miles. I've never seen such a fantastic job done on carpets. Our carpet was terrible and I thought they were beyond fixing but he did it and he beat every other places prices as well! I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for a carpet cleaner

Jack was pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, neat and clean. He cleaned the carpeting in the entire house and made them look new again. Jack and Eric were very attentive, scheduling in a hurry for me to get ready for an open house. Jack called to ask about my satisfaction and had already offered to come back to address any concern ( there were none). Eric stretched the carpet and moved a full bookcase to do it. The realtor was very pleased with the job as well. I was able to pay by credit card and check whic was a nice convenience. Highly recommend this company.
