Jack Maness is a nice man and a hard worker. He wasn't sure what time he'd be able to come for the initial visit, so I asked him to call me when he was on his way because I have a dog and I need to make sure she doesn't get out and Jack did call me, which I appreciated. He came for the first mow on the day and time we discussed. I have no complaints at all.

Seems like a great guy. He came to the house in a reasonable amount of time and walked my whole yard. He gave some recommendations but wasn't pushy. Mowed and edged the lawn on the spot and did a great job.

Jack Maness walked the property, and went over all that was expected of his service. We agreed to a date for the first cut and he came and did a good job. He is scheduled to do trim and weed removal on his next cut day. So far very satisfied.
