Jack did a great job staining our log cabin on the Cumberland River, KY. He was so very good about keeping us informed and sending photos of the work's progress. He was reasonably priced and honest in communicating our costs. One exterior wall was worse than the others, so we asked him to give it a third coat and he obliged and still came well within budget. We highly recommend him, his crew and the work.

Jack painted the exterior of the house and the roof. After 8 weeks, the roof started peeling. It cost me around $5K for just the roof. He promised to *fix it* but has not showed up for 16 months. I have gotten screwed and am taking it legal now.

Jack was very professional and communicated with me every day to check in and let me know when he and his team were getting there. His team did a great job of staining my new deck and it looks awesome. Jack is a true professional and I highly recommend him.

I hired this company to paint two bedrooms - one 12x12 and one 12x14. I was quoted $30 per hour per man - with 4 men working at one time. I assumed this would be a two day job, however, it stretched out over 3 weeks. We never knew for sure what day they were returning. It wasn't until we called to complain that they returned with 4 men and completed the second room in one day. Total labor for painting TWO BEDROOMS WAS $3090.00 !!!! They took a 10 minute smoke break every hour plus they charged one hour per day for travel time as well - which was not discussed upfront. The quality of the work is good, but we did not feel it was worth the cost or the inconvenience.

Jacks painting crew was very professional and courteous. Their attention to detail was excellent. They painted the exterior of our house and when they were finished they cleaned up around the entire area. There were no drips or splatters on the brick or concrete and any loose boards were nailed down before painting. They were not the lowest priced bid but if you want a professional job with no hassle, they are the crew to hire.

I had paint drips on hard floors, vanity and cabinet tops. Didn't notice this until I started to clean up.
