Had my hot water heater replaced, emergency replacement. The guys were great. They were an hour late in arriving but called to tell me they were running late which is something I don't often get from contractors. Being only 1 hour late and calling to apologize alone is worth 5 stars. The guys were neat and reasonably clean considering it left no garbage behind. Cut the box up and put it in my trash. Took the old heater away. Disabled smoke detectors and put them back on before leaving. Price was good, slightly higher than quoted price from a competitor but the competitor was non-committal on whether thy could come out that day or not.

JWP replaced and repaired a couple of damaged pipes for us. He showed up on time and the work was done promptly and well. Jack and his workers were very pleasant and very efficient at their work. Jack also gave us some great direction on an alternative to an expensive fixture replacement issue. I would definitely recommend this company.

Jack called within 15 minutes to setup appointment around my schedule. Walked me through a few attempts to fix disposal over phone and reset which was extremely nice. Plumber came to quote on Friday, brought new part in case replacement needed and entire project was complete within the hour at a reasonable price (not sure what disposals go for). Simple, Easy, Great service. Only complaint was 30-45 minutes late without calling.

jack was wonderful and a real pro. ex. personality ,knew what he was doing, was very reasonable on price, and he even came back to fix a leak i had on a bathroom faucet and did not charge me. jack will be my plumber for years to come. i was especially happy because i had another plumber from service magic, rhino who overcharged me and did a horrible job. i wouid recommend jack to everyone.
