Owners customer service excellent, both ladies were very nice, one was late arriving and I feel she let the other do most of the project. Just a couple of things I noticed the morning after that didn't get done, but neither a big deal and can be done later. I plan on having this ladies return. I feel they did a good job, house cleaning isn't easy work.

Cleaning person needs to bring more of their own supplies for the job to be performed correctly.

"We are only cleaning 1 living room and 1 bathroom in this home. We take bathroom supplies and furniture polish, and Windex. The client supplies a vacuum at all of our homes."

The owner of the company was great. She just had a terrible worker who didnt stay on task and complete the neccessary assignment. The owner did however refund a difference of the money for compensation.

"The employee he is referring to work in this apartment from 9-4 . She did the best she could with boxes , clothes, furniture still in this move out clean . Charge was only $75 I ended up $60 out of pocket after a refund and still paying my employee. It really was a great improvement when she finished ."

My cleaner was fantastic and some one you could talk with. Her name is Relle and was the best housekeeper I have had, and she had a personality.
