One Time Interior House Cleaning
I used Jackie's services for a pre-move in cleaning of my townhouse. It needed sterilization! They had it sparkling and smelling so good. The ceramic floors shined. They were helpful in pointing out some items that needed management's attention. I really appreciated their help and talents. I am sorry I can't remember Jackie's helper name.

I had to wait 2 years to afford having my house professionally cleaned and I regret choosing this "company"! I was lead to believe until the last minute that Jackie would be doing it then she informed me that 2 other women would and had I met them, I would not have hired them. They were nice but their standards are way below mine! I waited a few days to inform Jackie how unhappy I was for having to redo a lot of the things because they didn't do it right (after paying $140) because I didn't want to hurt them but I decided that wasn't fair to other consumers who rely on the reviews to make a decision. Jackie said it was my fault for not letting her know sooner, it was only 2 days. I did get something wrong and she suggested I "check my meds" Had I trusted my instinct, I would not have hired them. I do not recommend them!

"JOY, I GAVE YOU EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO CONTACT ME IF YOU HAD ANY ISSUES. YOU EVEN GOT MY NAME WRONG AND CALLED ME DIANE WHICH IM NOT SURE WHY BUT OK. YOU DID NOT REACH OUT TO ME UNTIL 2 DAYS LATER TO TELL ME THIS. YOU ACTUALLY GAVE MY COMPANY A GREAT REVIEW THEN LATER WROTE THIS. SO, AGAIN I DO APOLOGIZE THAT YOU WERE LESS THAN SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY DID. I WISH YOU WOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME THE SAME DAY AND THIS COULD HAVE BEEN RECTIFIED SOONER. I HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ANYONE THAT DOES LESS THAN PAR WORK AT A CLIENTS HOME. I ONLY DO QUALITY WORK MYSELF AND IM SORRY IF YOU FELT THAT THE CREW I SENT TO YOUR HOME DID LESS THAN THAT."

This was a first time cleaning, so Jackie brought along a helper. They spent 5 hours wiping down doors & baseboards, dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms, kitchen & all the blinds. Place looked great after they were finished & smelled fresh & clean! Will definitely continue to use her services on a regular basis!

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Jackie is professional, personable, and pet friendly! She did a great job. My animals loved her, except when she had the vacuum running, but what animal likes that? My house was spotless and finally felt clean after almost a month of remodeling. She really helped! My allergies and asthma weren't affected by the cleaners she used either.
