I looked high and low to find someone to refinish my cabinets without costing me a fortune. Keegan with Jacko Enterprises was sure to choreograph the earliest time available with my schedule and was very prompt, punctual, and professional all throughout the process of the project. Not dependable, cancelled appointments, does not return calls. Not reliable. Takes your deposit and does not show back up. Stay away from this service unprofessional company. He takes your deposit, bring in tools, never return to complete the job and do not return phone calls or text messages.

Worst painting experience, worse paint job. Keegan Jacko came to give me an estimate I wanted two rooms painted - ceiling, walls and trim. I liked the estimate but halfway thru the project I found out doors, I don't want the contractor to contact me, we are finishing the painting ourselves. I just wanted to share my experience so others will be informed. Keegan's crew took out stepstool with them, I would like this back and have informed Keegan of this. Yes, the above is my description of the problem I have more issues but won't go into them now. I DON'T WANT TO BE CONTACTED BY THIS COMPANY ANYMORE.

The owner answered the inquiry quickly and arrived for an estimate of the project very quickly. Agreed upon starting time: 8 am. Called at 8:30 am to see if still coming. Told... would not be there until 10 am. Owner arrived 9:45 am, painted 20 minutes. Crew (2 men) showed up, started painting, owner left. Mid-afternoon, another man showed up to paint. Next Day--agreed upon start time: 9:30 am. No show until 11 am--car problems..understandable--but no call to inform us. We started painting ourselves! Had to clean cupboards from paint stains. Wall paint on ceiling. Cut-ins run good to poor (depending on which gentleman painted). Brush marks on walls, had to fix some dripping ourselves before it dried. Owner stopped by later in the day on first day--never talked to me. Came by in afternoon on 2nd day, Painted a few areas that needed more paint, directed men to other areas that needed more paint. Upon leaving, owner and one of the men told us to give them a call if any areas needed repainting. A lot of areas need repainting but I have decided to do it myself. So, communication and punctuality need more work. Pride of workmanship is not present. On a positive note, the crew was very personable!!

The final project turned out well. I think it could have been done a little more quickly. But the project looks good.

Jacko Enterprises also painted my cabinets and whole interior. They did an amazing job and I will definitely use them in the future.

The work is scheduled for next week so I can not review that yet. But, Keegan responded very quickly to my inquiry and met with me quickly as well.
