Luke assessed the situation and we discussed a few solutions and then we both agreed on the best course of action. He obtained the necessary materials and did the temporary fix until I contact him again in the Spring to finalize the project. Very satisfied with his demeanor and efficiency in tackling the job at hand. I highly recommend Luke for any of your handy work that you may have.

Installed and working on time.

To make space, I went to move a small 14x14 smoked glass table that sits between two outdoor chairs. The technician offered to help, but when he picked it up and turned it sideways, the unsecured glass top slid off, hit the floor, and shattered all over my garage, under my car, and everything. He didn t apologize, didn t offer to pay for the damage, and barely helped me clean it up until I asked him to. Even then, he just watched me for a while before finally stepping in. When we got inside, he helped finish setting up my Ring system and connect two cameras I already had in place. But he rushed through it without explaining anything, even though I had told him I m not comfortable with technology. I also asked for help setting up a new laptop, since I had gotten stuck during the setup process, and again, he just brushed it off like it was no big deal and gave minimal guidance. What bothered me even more were the inappropriate comments he made about my home how nice it looked and how impressed he was. It made me uncomfortable, and I couldn t help but feel that he was making assumptions about me based on my house.
