Told me that there was no need to repair. Continue to use freezer and apply tape to cracks and will probably need a new one. Charged only basic visit. Very honest

I had an excellent experience with this refrigerator repair service. Scott was extremely responsive, easy to schedule, and arrived right on time. He spent about an hour and a half carefully defrosting my bottom freezer and clearing the clogged drainage lines, he did a thorough job. He was clean-cut, respectful, professional, and reasonably priced. I would definitely use him again for any refrigerator repair needs and would highly recommend him to others.

I did a request through Angie’s list. He called immediately and set an appointment, same day. He arrived promptly on time. He is very polite, very professional. Fixed my ice maker; come to find out one of my kids had just turned it off by pressing the button. he was straight up honest and upfront about it. He did not even try to say anything was wrong or I need something I didn’t need.
