I asked if he could putty windows and the answer was yes. He can not putty windows, what a mess. His work on repairing rot was not good either.

He did a great job installing a dishwasher. Was on time in spite of bad weather. Frank struck me as sincere, humble and honest. Took a little longer but did not make a big deal of it. Competitively priced. Will be willing to hire him again for future plumbing or electrical jobs.
