Wrought Iron Fence - Repair or Weld
SWAMP COOLER REPAIR
Aaron (owner)came to work on my swamp cooler that sounded like the bearings were going bad. He replaced the bearings and the blower pulley. I ran the cooler on low that night. The next day my carpet below the ceiling vent was saturated with water and there was water damage to the ceiling around the vent. I turned everything off. I texted Aaron twice before he responded, and cane to look at it. He said the bracket (meaning the pad retainer) holding the pad in wasn?t hooked in at the top causing the water to divert down on the blower and then down through the vent. Since it wasn?t leaking before he ?fixed? it the day before, he obviously dislodged the retainer while working on it. I asked about the carpet and ceiling damage he said ?What do you want me to do about it?? and ?It wasn?t my fault?and ?I?m not going to talk to you anymore about it? and then he left. He is the most unprofessional company owner I have ever dealt with. Use at your own risk!
