Jackpot ended up coming last minute as my water heater was not working and got it done in a timely manner! Thank you! I definitely recommend!

If you are looking for honest, reliable plumbers, call Jackpot Plumbing! Owning a 20+ year-old home means constant repairs, and after dealing with high-pressure sales pitches and inflated bids from other companies, we were stressed out. Gilbert and Luis changed all that. They were professional, upfront, and gave us a completely fair price. As small business owners ourselves, we love supporting local businesses that operate with true integrity. They took care of a huge list for us, including our water heater replacement and upgrade(50-gallon), Gemline water softener installation, pressure regulator valve, new hose bib, dishwasher air gap, and several shut-off valve replacements. Gilbert and Luis did stellar work from start to finish. Jackpot Plumbing is officially our go-to!

Five stars is not enough for Luis Agaton from Jackpot Plumbing! I had a nightmare situation where a restoration company broke my washing machine pan drain, and the first plumber they sent completely botched the fix—leaving visible gaps where water could leak right through.Luis arrived and immediately caught the issue. He explained everything clearly and recommended the right way to fix it to protect my home from future water damage. On top of that, he completely replaced and modernized an old, leaking washer box with new valves that wouldn't shut off properly. His work was absolutely outstanding. He cut through the drywall, modified the lines, and handled the appliance leak repair flawlessly. Beyond his incredible technical skill, Luis is just a super nice guy who genuinely cares about doing the job right. If you are looking for the best plumber in Las Vegas who offers top-tier residential plumbing services, ask for Luis. He completely saved the day, and Jackpot Plumbing has earned a customer for life!

My Mother had her water heater break on a Thursday night weeks after my Father had passed away. I needed a plumber immediately and other businesses I called could not respond till the next week. I called Jackpot Plumbing and Luis showed up Friday hours after calling to book an appointment. He was kind, professional, worked clean and understood we needed water through the weekend. He gave me an up front price, explained the problem, explained the replacement with warranties and guarantees with no hidden fees and a senior discount for my Mother. I would highly recommend Jackpot Plumbing. It’s hard to find a good honest plumber and this guy was it!

Huge thanks to Gilbert and Luis for saving the day! They fixed my plumbing issue fast and knew exactly what they were doing. Very honest, polite, and reasonable prices too. It’s hard to find good, reliable workers these days, but these guys are the real deal. 10/10 recommendation!

10/10 Experience! We recently had Gilbert install our water purification system, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, he was punctual, highly professional, and super knowledgeable. He explained the whole setup clearly, worked efficiently, and left the workspace spotless.
