When Sean came out to our house he seen the problem right away. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to us. Explain to us what was going to be done how much it was going to cost. And due to the fact that we did not have power he did move us up on the schedule and got us power right away. The job was done, he took the old pan apart so it would fit in the trash can and put all the scraps in a plastic bag and put everything in a box for me. I did not have to go take it to the transfer station. That was very kind of him since I did not ask for it to be done and that was going the extra mile.
