incredibly difficult job...2nd floor, 75 gallon heater in a confined space with a gas line in front of it. The other situation was the floors needed to be kept unmarked. They did it flawlessly.

I hired this person to change a valve on the pipes that connect the water to the washing machine. He caused a huge spill in the laundry room and in the basement before he decided he needed to open the wall to change the valve. He was very rude and unprofessional in handling the situation. In addition, he took a check for a $410 promising he will send an invoice. He never did. I regret hiring this person. I will recommend The Best Connections of Branford who I found to be trustworthy and professional.

Jacks Plumbing is a nice to have work for you- he installed our new water heater, soddered the pipes only to have to redo the entire process because the new water heater leaked... he was patient and friendly and quickly got a replacement water heater to complete the job! He also fixed/replaced a leaky copper pipe for us same day- hes a good choice!
