I was in the market for new roof because my roof was in bad condition. I had been looking on the internet for roofing companies or roofing grants. Can you believe in the next two days a gentleman came knocking on my door name Dakota. Dakota is truly an asset to your company. He was professional, friendly and eager to help get my roof done. He treated me like a family member. He give me a step by step of what would happened including the turn around time. Dakota kept me in the loop on everything. I ended up asking alot questions, he express he was here to help while having a great attitude. At the point I still had doubts because you hear about some many nightmares with roofing companies not coming thru with what they promise you. NELA Roofing delivers!!!! I had an amazing experience working with Mr. Josh Parks and NELA roofing. Josh helped on everything from finding the problem with roof, making the insurance claim on the same day, and having the roof replacement 100% covered by the insurance. Josh was reachable anytime and had always responded promptly to any issues throughout the process. Roofers did a very good job as well, including the after-work cleaning. I requested Justin Perkins to come by and look at our roof for hail damage. He showed up promptly got up there stated yes ,we did have damage. Worked with the adjuster and insurance company. Within a week Nela's crew showed up ,Tarps put out ,they took care not damage our flower beds around the house or our wood deck. By that afternoon our roof had been stripped repaired a couple of bad spots ,covering and re shingled .Cleaned up like they had never been here. This is a straight up pitch roof .What a fine job. Professional job on two different roof types. Metal roof and patio rebuild from storm damage. Also asphalt roof with a TPO covered flat section. Excellent job on both. Would not hesitate to hire again.
