Bob Jackson arrived when scheduled and although his preferred piece of equipment was out-of-service, he brought a backup which performed just as well. I would gladly use him again.

Jackson cleaned all of the carpets in my house as well as my 2-zone ventilation system. Good value, very professional and efficient. My only issue was that it took the carpets much longer to dry than was expected.

Jackson had a very good base price per 800 sqft. You can add extra services for heavy pet stains. His crew was very professional and was very careful about protecting area on our hardwood from his equipment.

Did a good job, but they did not do everything that they promised did not provide with pictures and probing to inspect inside the ducts.

I hired this company to clean air vents and filters through out house, and clean dryer ducts and vents from the roof of my house. They also cleaned my carpets and upholstery of my sofa and 3 chairs.and foot stools. They put out fans and all of carpets were almost dry when they left. The upholstry items we dry in just a few hours later. They had 3 men come, including the ower of the company. They were organized and worked on all projects at the same time. They covered all furniture and floors to keep areas of floors and furniture not being cleaned from dust and water. They changed the hose on my dryer as well. The cost of their services was 40% less than other companys became they were able to clean carpets, upholstery, AND dryer ducts and whole house vents at the same time. Before they left, they did an excellent cleaning up behind themselves.

The service was supposed to include antimicrobial treatment, but I don't know if this was done. When I asked what they had done it was not mentioned.
