"This project involved the owners being invloved in the project. The owners were to hire their own fireplace contractor to install a gas fireplace. Due to them not organizing the install in a timely manner the inspection was delayed resulting in the subs not recieving full payment until project completion and all items inspected. As far as (city codes) iam licensed and required to know all codes."
