Very satisfied with every workman who worked on our project. They were very helpful with answering questions & giving suggestions, respectful to us & our property, & had a great attitude! They completed the project on time & without unnecessary re-do's! If we have any future remodeling or home improvement work then Jackson Construction will be our 1st call!

The category selection for the project was not great so I will tell you what all they did. They replaced all my windows around my house and trimmed out around them, then they fixed a hole in my roof where a tree top hit it, and they opened up a wall and add a header for my kitchen. The workers are knowledgeable and courteous and the staff are top notch.

I used Jackson for a bonus/theater room (with kitchenette) addition over the garage. Full disclosure, I am not an easy person with whom to work -- very detail oriented. I expected this project to be stressful, and I was concerned that my expectations would not be met. My experience could not have been better. Every step was smooth, easy, and comfortable. Ed and Sheldon were helpful, patient, and responsive to communication during the planning and prep phase. I was concerned about the room staying cool during the summer -- I've been in bonus rooms that don't cool properly. They assured me that there was no reason for concern, and they delivered. During the construction phase, the project manager (Chris) was on site frequently. If an issue arose (rare), he would listen/look, agree with my assessment, and remedy the problem immediately. Being that we were living around the room being renovated (with three small children), they were extremely courteous about cleanup each day, with a full sweep/vacuum of the bonus room and transition areas. My wife is a clean freak, and she was very pleased with the cleanliness of the crew. All in all, Jackson construction exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them (and have) to anyone looking to do this type of project.

we had storm damage from a huge tree falling onto our home. Ed and Sheldon were out the next afternoon to begin measuring and getting the roof secured. I had been given their name from someone else and did not know them, but trusted my friend. She was spot on - these guys and their entire crews were completely trustworthy, easy to work with, and as honest as can be. I had no question about letting them in and out of our home without us being present. We were displaced for about 2.5 months. They were on top of when we needed to order this or that. Offered suggestions to save money without compromising quality of their work. Our home is beautiful. I will definitely use them for any future projects and would recommend them highly.
