Preferred Climate is a trash company. Roscoe is a horrible person that will half way fix your AC and then ghost you when you try to get him to come out. How is a brand new system not working? After paying $900 for 30 days when the temperature never got below 75. I truly hope you read this comment Roscoe you are a dirty low down repair man and if you are smart you will not use this company for anything. AHS does not protect their customers from shady contractors. I now have to pay another company 900+ more dollars to fix something that Roscoe knew was broken. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU HAVE AHS or HSA AS SOON AS YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR WARRANTY
