Land Surveying
BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE!
He will not discuss pricing prior of the survey. He will stick you with a surprise bill.
Does not communicate well. Will not answer the phone and shows up unexpectedly. He did an inaccurate survey on 1.5 acre of land and charged $800. He makes promises he refuses to keep, such as having the t-posts removed from our neighbor's property that were placed due to his inaccurate survey. He also said he would compensate the price due to the inaccurate survey.
This caused unnecessary arguing with my neighbors over something HE did.
