Dustin fit me into the schedule quickly. He was very efficient at diagnosing and fixing the issue I called him for. He did a thorough analysis of the whole sprinkler system and found a bigger problem I did not know about. I had to leave just before he finished up, but he sent a video summing up the work he had completed. Thank you for a job well done.

Two contractors couldn’t fix our irrigation problem and left us with holes in the yard and an ongoing leak—a third said we needed a full system replacement. When irrigation work is done wrong, the water company isn’t forgiving—they don’t adjust bills for wasted irrigation water. We learned that the hard way! Auto Rain correctly diagnosed and fixed the issue without upselling, showed up on time, and charged exactly what was agreed - all in the space of a day. What a relief!
