We recently had Chad and his team at Jackson Painting do a kitchen remodel and outside/inside painting of our home for us. He completely transformed our kitchen by replacing flooring, putting in quartz countertops, and replacing the cabinets. He was responsive and easy to work with and we are very happy with our selections and the recommendations he made. We were impressed by their professionalism and will use them again and recommend using them to anyone.

Go elsewhere, Chad the owner will gain your confidence and try to upsell you every step of the way! Our experience was not positive. Cut corners on many aspects of the job and failed to deliver on promises made. Even ruined our hard wood floors and persuaded us to change out our hard wood upstairs for cheap laminate. Will be filing a complaint with the Oregon Contractors Board.

"We normally do not reply to these but decided to on this one, even though it is hard to defend lies. Sylvia called us on a recommendation from their daughter who we painted for, installed window and new interior trim. They loved our work and told the parents to use us. We did everything on the contract and more. I spent at least a few hundred dollars on items that were broken in their home with no extra charge. As you can see from other reviews, people like our work. We do not cut corners like they are stating. We also never recommend fixing something that is not broken. There floor upstairs we, not hardwood floors. They were a floating Pergo-type floor that was not installed correctly. It had major gaps all over the place and in some spots 5-6 inches out from the wall. We could not install new trim to cover these mistakes by whoever installed it. I sent them many pictures to show what I was talking about. They asked us to give them a price to replace with LVP. They also said they were tight on money and wanted to get as close to the flooring downstairs. We gave them a couple of options and they excepted one of them. We did not force anyone to do the work. They signed the contract. Something did however get on the wood floors downstairs. We offered to fix them at our cost. She said they knew someone who could do it so we paid what the company doing the floors gave her as an estimate. Sylvia paid us in full and said they were good with it all. Now a couple of months later she has a problem and wants to give bad reviews and call the CCB. I know what we did was correct. I look forward to talking to the CCB and giving them all the information we have. We try to do the best work we can. Painting over 200 homes and remodeling 80 a year for 30 years should really speak volumes. We strive to be the best and make everyone happy. Every so often someone cannot be pleased no matter what you do."

I had Jackson Painting paint the exterior of my 15-year-old house this past May. Chad's estimate was the lowest and the job he did for me truly exceeded my expectations. His crew are professionals and a pleasure to work with. Always on time and courteous. Would definitely use them again!

My apologies to Chad, Kari, and Jackson Painting. I really thought I'd written a review at the time the job was completed. That said . . . The house painting project was done on schedule and as quoted. The customer service was great as was the quality of the work. Chad closely supervised his crew and everything went as planned without a problem. The paint still looks great. I will definitely use them again.

We signed a contract back in April 2018 for exterior paint job and some wood work. After not hearing from Jackson Painting since April I contacted them in late June to see if the Job could be postponed to Late August or Early Sept but if that was a problem we could still do July. They said no problem to move to first week in Sept. On August 20th, Prior to painting , I requested that they bring someone out to do some siding and window trim repair as agreed back in April. At that point I was informed I needed new siding for half to the entire house. All other contractors plus Jackson Painting back in April said this was not the case, just some repairs. Decided I didn't want to do whole or half house siding with Jackson Painting. And we both terminated the contract. Chad refused to return any of my deposit stating that they charge $1,000 to power wash and $600 in administrative work. Only services Jackson provided was a power wash and estimates. He will state he made many attempts to paint our house, which simply isn't true as I have all phone and email records with Jackson Painting. Proceed with caution with this company.

Excellent job! We threw the guys a curve ball and decided to change trim color, even though they had already started painting. It was no problem for them to repaint with new color. They removed our old sattelite dish and hauled it away for us. The owner Craig stopped by to check on progress. We are very pleased with the job they did. Our house is beautiful!

Jackson Painting did an excellent job painting our house! They prepped the house (which included pressure washing and caulking), and rolled the paint into the siding between spray coats, which created a nice thick even paint job - I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

they did a great job, but under some time pressure left a few small things unfinished. but they were minor, so we didn't follow up on those with them. Otherwise, the workmanship and service was great.

Not only did Jackson Painting paint the interior of my new townhouse, but they responded quickly to other areas of the townhouse that needed immediate attention before I moved in. They renovated one bathroom and installed new counter, back splash, and sink in the kitchen. Great job!

I was looking for a painting contractor who was willing to paint just the foyer, stairway, and living room because they are two stories high. He came over and was willing to do what I needed. Gave me a quote and scheduled the job. His crew arrived on time, was very considerate of my house and pets and cleaned up everything. They had to cut a white ceiling into a red wall, which was already painted - they did an excellent job. I was more than satisfied with their services. Very professional, honest and overall a great company.
