The service technician was on time, knowledgeable and polite. He fixed the problem within a reasonable rate and in a short amount of time. One problem is that he did not have the part we needed replaced, but i guess that could not be helped. He also suggested water conservation tips that I have used and benefitted from. Reasonable price, tech was professional and courteous. Arrived a little late.

The tech came to my home on the evening of 4/17. He replaced some kind of regulator, and this did not fix the problem. I was having surgery that day, so he had to wait till I came home the following day. I called the manufacter as soon as I arrived home from the hospital. The person handling the warranty told me the tech needed to replace some other type of part. I called the plumber (he had left his card) he said he was on his way to my home and he would talk to the person handling the warranty for whirlpool. When he arrived he told me that what the person was telling me was wrong, but he would tell them I had a leak in my tank, and get me a new tank, since replacing the part they wanted was something he had done about 20 years ago, and it was hard to get that part on right. He called them back, and told them my tank had a leak (which it did not) and got a number from them to verify that he could get another tank. He left my home about 1pm and was heading to Lowes. About 5pm, my son called the plumber to find out where he was, and the tech told him he would be here in 10 min, that he was leaving the Lowes store. At 6pm my son called him again, and asked where he was, the tech again said I will be there in 10 min. He had first went to the Lowes on Beaver Ruin and they would not take the hot water heater back, so he went to the one on Pleasant Hill Road. Or at least this is what he told us/(*Note there is a Lowes, that is about 5 miles from my house. Why he chose to go to these locations, I haven't a clue.) Anyway, he finally got here about 6:15 and brought in a 40 gallon water heater. I HAD A 50 GALLON WATER HEATER. I asked him why he had gotten a 40 gallon tank, when mine was a 50 gallon tank. He told me he did not

My shower head was leaking at random intervals, usually at night. My husband tried replacing the head, but the problem persisted. We called Jackson Plumbing on Friday, and they came out on Monday morning at 11:00. By 1:00, my problem was fixed. The plumber was very professional, informative, helpful and polite. I highly recommend them.

Called the day after I submitted request, that same day had someone come to my house and complete the repair. Great fast service as well as the best priced compared all the others I got quotes from. Definitely recommended.

Quick and dependable service

They came out of their normal coverage area to give a free bid, came back after needing to specially order parts for the job. Then returned immediately for the call back. They did great work and were very good at keeping communications open. I never wondered what they were doing during the whole project. I was very satisfied and will call them again.
