Outstanding and truly a company that understands superior customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services. The attitude and professionalism exhibited surpassed my expectations. I have had many experiences, some not so good, with other vendors and contractors. This was a pleasant experience.

I recieved a call from Robert within a few minutes of contacting Home Advisor. He came to the house and spent time with me deciding what areas I needed insulated and where I would get the most bang for my buck. The work was finished quickly and professionally. I could tell the diference in the feel of the house right away.

This process was much easier and less expensive than we thought it would be. Very happy with the results.

We are not exactly sure about the value for the money, but the professionalism was outstanding.

This company did two separate jobs for me, one at personal residence and one at investment property. Crew was very responsive and detail oriented. Sealed all potential air leaks and fixed little problems found in attic before installing insulation. Very pleased no mess left behind for me to clean up.

In hind sight I realized that their quote was sketchy and subject to interpretation. I should have gotten three quotes and taken the middle cost not the cheapest. I still got less than I paid for with the cheapest of two. The project was started on a timely manner but not completed in a timely manner. I had made many trips to the property--I do not live at--and when I was told that the project was complete around Christmas I believed that it was and made the final payment. In January I traveled to the site and found many things not done or done improperly and contested the credit card payment before getting poor completion. My bad.

They did a wonderful job. So courteous, considerate, clean up after, prompt, asked if they can help with anything else. Robert and his team are now on my speed dial! Great group and I am especially thankful for all of their help. I recommend them completely!

Robert DeBord is the owner of this company. He came to our home to give us an estimate. He wasn't the cheapest-or the most expensive-but he was the most through and the most professional. The men that came to do the job were friendly and knowledgeable about their job. They cleaned up both inside my home and outside where the truck was sitting. The job was done in an efficient time frame and with complete professionalism. They not only did the job that was promised but they did more than was listed in the contract for the price that he quoted us in the beginning. I would recommend this company to anyone without reservations. Great job. Super!

I thought the company was very thorough, gave me options/recommendations, helped me work through the problem I was having, and helped me choose the most cost effective solution in an honest and upfront way. The company exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them without reservations to others.

The service professional responded quickly to provide a quote for a releativly small/simple job. The job urned out to be a little more difficult but he completed the job for the quoted price. If I have need of someone in this business, I would certainly give this company an opportunity.

I am not sure of the value because I have not calculated the gas and electric savings yet. However it does feel warmer and many drafts are gone.

I've had to do a lot of work on my home in the past 2 years since purchasing this foreclosure. I would say that in the past two years Jackson Reid has been the most professional and courteous of any contractor I have hired. They were very detailed with their work and cleaned up very well. Great value for the dollars and would certainly recommend them in the future!
