JacksonHomeServices.com. After 20 years of renovating entire houses and apartment buildings for our own rental portfolio and flips, we are now offering our renovation services to the public! For the summer we are offering affordable pre-priced deck installations for above ground pools, freestanding or attached to your home. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and transparent pricing. If you need a bathroom renovation, large painting project or other interior renovations you would like a quote on, text, call or submit a request through our website. We also offer Light excavating at daily rates, customized stormwater drainage solutions including: French drains, grading, rerouting downspouts, trenching, excavating, custom rock work, and more!

The project was complicated and Jackson home service personnel were up for the challenge. They used up to date equipment to find the drainage problem and were able to fix the issue. The workmen were courteous, knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend Jackson Home Services.

We had damaged and clogged culvert pipes that had led to severe erosion under our driveway. We got a couple of quotes, and Dave was the only one who seemed concerned about minimizing our costs. He and his crew managed to salvage most of the existing materials, which saved us a huge amount of money. Helpful things to know: They came when Dave said they would come. They worked VERY hard, on some extremely hot days. They were meticulous. The repairs look very solid, and the area was left looking neat and clean. I would absolutely hire them again!

They came quickly and communicated clearly. They cleaned out a backed-up floor drain in our basement and also did a handyman job (repaired a piece of loose flashing on the house exterior) while they were here.

Shaun and Quentin showed up on time. I asked them to do more than what they were originally hired for.They did need to get another load of dirt due to the area needing more fill dirt. That was the only add on in price. They still got the job done in the 2-3 hrs originally quoted. I am planning on having them come back to do more projects. I would definitely recommend them!:

Dave and his team did an excellent job! They regraded a portion of our backyard by our house (to help stop our basement from leaking) and turned it into a limestone gravel patio. They also did some last minute projects for us like filling the base for our new shed with limestone and graveling another muddy area of our yard. They were quick, personable, and very affordable. I already have others in my neighborhood asking for their card because of the excellent work they did. Highly recommend!

We are SO grateful to Dave Jackson for fixing our yard! It used to be a literal swamp, and was not usable. My husband says, "It turned out better than we could have ever imagined," and my description to everyone has been that it's been "life-changing". No lie. I had been going out every morning (until it got cold), IN FLIP FLOPS, to fill my bird feeders. I haven't had to put my muck boots on once! We had our son's birthday party outside, we've played with the sprinkler and held car washes with him, our high energy blue heeler has a place to finally run, and even the neighborhood deer are happier! Also, the guys have a work ethic that I haven't seen in YEARS. They came at the same time every day, worked rain or shine, and even ate lunch while working! Customer service DOES, in fact, still exist! We can't say enough good things! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Your work has allowed us to do more of what we love as a family, and that is truly priceless.
