Brian is a skilled workman, and he arrived early, which was great! He was fast, too, and did a good job, and cleaned up after himself. The price was very good, compared to what others wanted to charge for the exact same job! I chatted with Brian, and he has a lot of experience with many facets of building and repair work. I hired Brian to do a number of small project around the house and he did a great job. He told me exactly what he could do & what he didnt feel comfortable doing. He said his work was guaranteed for a year and would come back if needed. His price was fair. I will definitely hire him again.

He hasnâÃÂÃÂt started the work yet. After initially starting the job of recaulking my shower tile, he discovered the problem ran much deeper with mildew and water damage. He explained throughly what he had to do, and the price was very reasonable. He is very pleasant.
