Very satisfied with friendly professionalism and quality of work done on replacing my deck and fence. Excellent carpentry work on the bench they built on my new deck! Also did a very thorough job power washing and sealing my patio and sidewalks. I highly recommend Travis Jackson and Brandon! Definitely will hire again.

Everything was going great on my deck repair and I was so pleased with the initial results...a sure 5/5. However, problems developed with the handrails pulling up and going out of square. They came back and repaired that although it took months to get it done. The last thing they said they needed to do was to sand, fill holes, and stain the new handrail portions. That's when they just flat-out disappeared. Multiple phone calls and messages got me nowhere. With cold weather setting in, I just did my best to complete the work without them.

They were prompt, they communicated consistently and clearly, there were no surprises, and they answered all my questions. Absolutely would hire again.
