I hired them through Home Advisor. I told the young tech exactly what I wanted. After I got home a lot of my Apple Music artwork and all of my custom music folders were missing. The default location for where I wanted my music to be stored was Not changed to my external drive as I instructed the tech to do. Now they want to charge me more to try and solve some of the same issues that should have been fixed in the beginning.

"We appreciate your feedback, however, the tech did complete the requested work. The tech had combined all your music into one location as you requested. At no point did the tech delete or change any of the data on your external drive. Furthermore, we had explained over the phone that we would be more than happy to help you with your remaining issues yet would be billed for any extra work that would be involved. Again thank you for your feedback and please feel free to contact us with any further issues. Edit: Customer came back and had issues resolved."

"Thank you for your feedback. The onsite you requested involved a network issue, not a system. The technician accurately diagnosed the issue to be a bad modem, which with your permission he had purchased an upgraded version of the modem which was compatible with your ISP plan. Due to the lack of communication from the client, we were unable to complete the modem setup. You were not present for the work being done so communication was difficult, and no one in the home had the available information the tech needed to finish the setup. He had explained what exactly you would need to do to get it set up and working and offered to have you contact him with any issues or to go back and get the job completed."
