"Im sorry that you feel our value is not good enough. We dropped our pricing as you said an initial estimate that somebody else gave you for $850 was too much so we charged you $650 for the initial job of installing a vanity that you supplied when we arrived on site and found that the vanity that you provided was broken in the box we brought it back to the store with you picked up a new one and then installed it on the third floor unit. We did all of this by only adding $75 to the cost. Thanks again"
