Prompt, courteous, skilled, and reasonable.

I hired groove works to come and mount five outside cameras. When he first arrived, he assessed the job and made sure he was able to do it before starting. He was very professional and knowledgeable and completed the project beyond my expectations. I will definitely hire him again for future projects.

We were very pleased with Jacob and his helper Macie. We couldn’t have asked for a better job at putting our patio furniture together. I have to say he is a very hard worker and wants to make sure you are satisfied with the job. Groove works is your go to for any handyman jobs, you can’t go wrong.

Do not be put off by the appearance of this young man with his long blonde dreadlocks, red handlebar mustache and Kentucky twang. He is smart, hardworking, competent and honest to a fault. I have had him do several jobs for me and he won?t leave til the job is done right and you are pleased. The jobs he has done for me are: 1) clear obstructed house main drain 2) replace broken outdoor faucet 3) Dig up and pump out septic tank 4) Install septic tank alarm 5) Restore flow to sluggish bathroom faucet 6) Reconnect kitchen sink main drain and pump out ?sludge? from crawlspace Now that he is on his own, I don?t think he does septic tank work, but he can handle any residential plumbing job.

The job was definitely done right and in a timely manner. I appreciate Jacob’s professionalism. He was very accurate and knowledgeable about mounting my television. He gave me ideas about the exact location for the setting of the room. He also remounted my mirror. Another job Jacob did was checking my dishwasher. I am so happy I chose Groove Works to assist me. I will call him back for other jobs. Thank you!

Works quick and efficiently! 10/10

Professional, quick and courteous thanks to my kids flushing multiple things down the basement toilet I had a whole house blockage call a few different people mostly received it’ll be a few days or we’ll have someone call you back I call Jacob and he was able to make it out within a few hours was very informative and friendly to my kids and dogs got everything taken care of same day couldn’t be happier highly recommend this young man

Mr groover came quickly after the order was put in, he was extremely friendly and willing to talk me through the process as he finished it. I needed new piping under my bathroom sink (as well as a major clog in the main taken care of). He finished it in a timely manner, at not point did I feel he was over charging or trying to get one over in is. Highly recommended.

Bought a new toilet to replace old one with a crack at bolt hole and broken seal. Jacob was very friendly and did a thorough job filling a void in the subfloor and getting everything level prior to new install. My 75 year old mother uses this bathroom and she has been very pleased which makes it perfect.

We had a great experience with our plumber and would highly recommend his services. He fixed a leaky water valve, changed a drain spout and worked on a new faucet install quickly and efficiently. What really stood out was how friendly and personable he was throughout the entire visit. He took the time to clearly explain what the issue was, how he was going to fix it, and even walked us through what he had done once the work was complete. It was obvious that he genuinely enjoys his work and takes pride in doing it well. We also appreciated his professionalism and respect for our home?he even took his shoes off without being asked. It?s not often you come across someone who combines skill, honesty, and great customer service so well. We wouldn?t hesitate to call him again!
