Since then I have purchased 2 other homes, a 1934 up/down duplex and an 1886 triplex, both in Northeast Minneapolis. I have over 10 years of hands on experience remodeling and repairing homes for myself and other homeowners. I have experienced and repaired many of the common problems you will find in the average home. MN is an unregulated state when in comes to home inspections, which means there is no state required certification or licensing required. I took the extra step and I’ve passed the National Home Inspector Examination®, which is the only independent, psychometrically-valid home inspector test in the country.
