Jacob's Gutters went beyond what was expected, He repaired my soffits and facia which were damaged from excessive ice and snow, put up new gutters and the price was great. Professional, friendly and guarantees his work.

They were very professional and when we had some leaking, they returned to adjust the gutters. They were just as professional the second time around. They also discovered a roof problem concerning water so now we can get that fixed. Any other issues, he said he would return to address. We had no problems with this company.

This company did not stand behind their work the brand new gutters are leaking and I called Jacob to try to rectify the problem when he came back he told me he couldnâ t fix the leaking because the gutters had to be raised up so high in the front of the garage. I had to finally call another company to fix the leaking gutters. Please be very wary if you get an estimate from this company!

Jacob called me within 30 minutes of my inquiry, and I had an appointment scheduled immediately. Jacob and his team arrived on time and was thorough and knowledgeable in his assessment of the work needed. They cleaned up nicely, and had helpful advice for how to maintain my improved gutters. I would recommend Jacob to family and friends, and look forward to him returning later this summer for further work. First class experience all around.

Jacob did the work at my house over a year ago. After a few months we had issues and contacted him multiple times. He has not come back. He would answer my text and say he was coming then would not show up. I now have to hire another gutter company to fix the damage Jacob did to my roof and correct work he did on my gutters. I am extremely patient and professional and have given multiple chances for him to just come and look at what is going on but he does not answer our texts/calls so now I feel like need to make sure others know about my experience before you pay thousands of dollars for poor customer service and poor work.

Jacob's Gutter refuse to come back to complete and correct job. I've had work done. Home Advisor has NOT been able to solve my case against Jacob's Gutter. I've reported both to State of New York Office of the Attorney General. Home Advisor does not vet its companies that are on their website. Better to check with neighbors for recommendation and follow-up with BBB. Will never use either Home Advisor or Jacob's Gutter again, however will continue to fight for refund.

Hired in October 2018, did job and left a splattered mess of everything that was in the old gutters all over the walls of my house, deck and sidewalks, should have been the 1st red flag. Wanted to be paid in cash, which I did. Now, June 2019 and gutters have been leaking since December with icicle forming between the gutter and eaves. Called and texted numerous times, only responded when I threatened legal action. Said it is hard to get a crew together to come **fix a leak** Was not too far when he took the job and collected his cash. Supposed to be a 2-year warranty but so far no effort by him to be even slightly professional. I am filing a small claims case against him in Erie County and listing Home Advisor on there as well for promoting this non-professional company. Also, going to campaign on FB to get the word out so nobody else has to go through this. Do not hire this outfit or you will be doing what I am doing now...
