From the first time I spoke with Reagan, he answered all my questions, gave me a bid, didn t pressure me into anything I wasn t wanting. When I was ready, he introduced his crew. They worked diligently and and until late, getting the house washed, repaired, caulked and painted in one day. It turned out great and I m so happy with the finished work.

Our home looks better now than when we purchased it 22 years ago. They have a wonderful crew that works for them. We would use them again and again . A job well done.

Jacob's Ladder did a great job with our home. We had damage to our cedar wood siding on the front of our house. They did an amazing job, you cannot tell the difference between the original and repaired siding. They were also very speedy in their replies/services; everything was completed within 2 weeks of first communicating with them. I would highly recommend them.

Quality work

Seth communicated with us during the entire process. The estimate was complete and professionally prepared, and below the "guesstimates" of the others. The work was actually done better than we expected, and the crew was professional and courteous. Seth coordinated with the stone installer as well, and the entire job went very well.

Great company. Returned all phone calls promptly. Took two false starts to get the project done (unforseen overtime on another job), but then it was completed quickly with great results. Would use them again even though they certainly were not the cheapest.

I originally contacted them to repair some wood siding - which also needed to be painted. Seth gave me a quote for the repair and painting, and since he also did siding, he gave me a quote for that. The price and quality were too good for me to pass up. Also, since I was looking for windows at the same time, and Seth also does windows - he gave me a great price on those too! Their work was excellent. It took at little longer that they expected to get done, but I appreciate them taking their time to do a great job!
