We contracted Jacobs to excavate around a pool install from last August; our yard was a mess with trenches and mounds of dirt/sand left behind from the pool install. He offered practical solutions and delivered as promised. He did an awesome job and we will definitely have him back for the next phase of our pool project. He was professional and pleasant to deal with and we highly recommend Jacobs Plumbing.& Excavating!

I had dirt hauled to our house, and I was pleased with the job. The dirt was delivered to the very spot I requested. Brody was very friendly and careful. I will definitely use them for any plumbing/excavating jobs I may encounter in the future.

Brody Jacobs provided a timely cost estimate. His team showed up as scheduled and finished the job in 3 1/2 days as they found it was more work than they anticipated (they estimated 2 days of work). They completed the job, cleaning up afterwards and stuck by the original cost estimate even though it was more work than they anticipated.

The excavation broke my main water line. It was fixed the same day costing me extra from what was quoted. I found a crack in my driveway cement after the project was completed due to the excavation equipment's weight. I did not report it to Jacobs. The project was completed in the allotted time.

The job at my house turned out to be more difficult than expected. Brody Jacobs and his team did an amazing job adjusting the time and equipment needed to get the job done right and as quickly as possible. I really appreciated all the "extra" effort they put into fixing my plumbing problem.

I contacted Jacobs plumbing based on a referral from a friend. I submitted a request for quote online and Brody responded within 12 hours (overnight). We scheduled them to come out the next day. The technician was knowledgeable and professional. We felt comfortable with him being in our home. Would we recommend Jacobs plumbing to our friends? Absolutely!

Brody Jacobs responded to my HomeAdvisor query within 24 hours, did a site inspection, and provided an estimate within another 24 hours. Without exception he responded to texts regarding project schedule (we had to work around the spring weather). The entire project was completed within an April afternoon and looks great. During the job, he found a way to divert downspout water from the yard into our sump drain line, further mitigating our drainage problem. A very good experience.

They provided a quote over the phone for a couple scenarios. They arrived exactly on time, and excavated 5' down and found the water main leak and had it repaired within 1 hour (like lens-crafters). They also refilled the hole after asking if I wanted to put gravel down under the pipe repair (something I would recommend) They were on time, professional and I highly recommend them. Glad they were on homeadvisor (I use Tripadvisor a lot so the homeadvisor site was very helpful to guide me to a good company

Brody responded promptly to what I thought was my plumbing emergency, went ahead and got wet and dirty to reveal that it wasn't my emergency, but the county's broken waterline instead. He advised me on what to do, what to expect, helped me connect with the county, and followed up later that day to make sure the break was being addressed. If I ever again think I have a plumbing emergency I'm calling Jacobs Plumbing and Excavating.
